I've never received any emails from GT and I'd be surprised if I were to actually receive an email from them. Given GT is going to have to hand over all of the funds to users, (and be paid for services rndere vi some other method) it's probably going to ask the courts for permission to cashout the crypto in a few years time owing to a perceived inability to make contact with various users of the Cryptopia website.
