I also check the Terms of Use and it seems that it was plagiarised as well:
It is not surprising at all if it is checked as plagiarism because the site is using a gambling script from a developer named "FinancialTechnology"
As you all can check at codecanyon
This script's number of sales is 420 so I'm very sure that these 420 buyers/sites has exactly the same Terms of Use, the same design (at least similar as it can be modified) and other similarities.
All in all, it will be just another failed gambling site, 100% sure about it.
