Well, people should be more interested in having moral/good Robot/AI in their societies.
You can't have good/moral AI without getting them to obey the Golden rule of *Love GOD and People*. It's actually a golden rule from GOD found in Holy Bible.
I believe a good AI should be limited by the rule for the safety of our World.
Edit: if an AI loves the CREATOR(GOD) of Heaven and Earth, it won't do things that displeases the CREATOR... things like destroying earth, harming humans, and others GOD's Creatures/Creations.
Ohh man, when you gave the own thinking ability to a robot then why they are still supposed to obey the order from the one who made it, they will make their own decisions that is why we call it as AI. If we just want them to be a machine which only follows what human wants then it should be preprogrammed to do such things that the creator wanted or give commands as your wish.
Each organisms wants to survive here and it is only possible of they become superior to others and AI will not be an exception to it.
