Thanks for your thoughtful post. It's sad to admit that I missed out on Uniswap airdrop and that of 1inch even when a friend suggested I use 1inch back in September. I couldn't do it because of the high gas costs which is way above the normal I'm used to. I guess that's just how we'll keep using ETH network till things gets improved. After Uniswap and 1inch, one or more DEXs might have plans to follow suit and conduct an airdrop in a bid garner more community members with the incentives.

Trying out these days to see which one will hold an Airdrop later is a gamble for now due to the fees - expect to pay around $500 or more in gas fees (excluding the price & quantity of token you want to trade). Dydx exchange looks like the next DEXto pull such move.
