Is hashrate really fluctuating with Phoenix Miner? 
My radeon 7 and rx5700 hashrates are very inconsistent. GT on autotune, driver 20.12.1. I tried Team Red Miner and it was consistent.
Yes, it happens because of overclocking. Don't overclock your memory too much... My radeon 7 and rx5700 hashrates are very inconsistent. GT on autotune, driver 20.12.1. I tried Team Red Miner and it was consistent.
