if in a few days I don't think ATH can be reached, it might take at least 1 month from now for ETH to reach ATH. that is a prediction from me. but the market that has the right to determine where ETH will go
I doubt ethereum can reach it again.
no one knows about how much time that needed by ethereum to reach its ATH again.
Some communities are talking about what will be happening in the next months and they said that if it's possible for ethereum to get another dump or the history will repeat again.
I do agree a little with what you are saying that eth will have a hard time breaking through ATH in the near term, but we know the launch of ethereum 2.0 is getting closer and of course it will push eth prices up further and if you think the price will be squandered again surely it shows your pessimistic attitude, in fact now you can see how eth prices continue to increase after several price corrections in the market and in my opinion it is better to enjoy what is happening now than having to remember the past.
