i found a website that lists the time it takes for bitcoin transactions to go through depending on their fees: https://bitcoinfees.net/

however, on the blockchain.info block explorer the fees are given sat/B while the website lists the fees in sat/vB. can these be compared one to one or is there some conversion between those two units?
