The best altcoin to mine with a CPU right now is Monero, it's RandomX Algorithm is better on CPUs and also I would like to know the type of CPU you have in those PC, your topic says core i7, well it still depends, if you are using old core i7 like first gen you are just wasting electricity

I have a bunch of computers all with i5  3rd and 4th gen and they mine Monero at 1600 - 2000 H/s each.
An i7 will be slightly better, especially the newer generations which have more built-in cache.
