Did you even take a quick look at the homepage before you made your judgement "shitcoin"? They are constantly developing and have a usable product, even with a blockchain based web sportsbook (anonymous, via seed words) additional to mobile and windows wallets - the only project I know of, which has achieved this - others are based on centralized sites.

It's a shitcoin because it has no value. Not many people are interested in it and therefore no demand for it. However brilliant the idea behind it is. If it has no value or very little value that keeps dropping, it's a shitcoin
