I guess there bad sh*t isn't far from what other teams are experiencing and that is the fatigue from previously concluded season without break. Come on, you can all agree with me that Liverpool is not a one man team. Yes Virgil Van Dyk is an important piece of the team but, they can still do without him in a couple of games after all, they "We never walk alone" that's the motto. The problem isn't really about the team but the league has been very challenging this season and we can still see Liverpool rising up, they've been there twice at least.
The fatigue experienced cut across all the entire squad of Liverpool players, they looked tired in most of their recent matches, winning back to back EPL title is becoming unachievable feat likewise it won't be easy for Liverpool to win it this season, rising up again will difficult going by the recent form of other teams whom they would beaten easily last season, losing against Burnley in their last match in anfield must have also lower the players morale.
You are absolutely right with a busy match schedule. Liverpool players look very tired, and finally in the last 5 Premier League games without a win.
This is very bad performance, if like this it is likely that Liverpool will fail to win the Premier League this season. Liverpool's defeat against Burnley,
this is very worrying. In my opinion the Liverpool reserve players are of very bad quality, so when the main players can't play what happens Liverpool
has difficulty scoring goals. Liverpool have to buy some players who have the same quality as the main players.
