I guess there bad sh*t isn't far from what other teams are experiencing and that is the fatigue from previously concluded season without break. Come on, you can all agree with me that Liverpool is not a one man team. Yes Virgil Van Dyk is an important piece of the team but, they can still do without him in a couple of games after all, they "We never walk alone" that's the motto. The problem isn't really about the team but the league has been very challenging this season and we can still see Liverpool rising up, they've been there twice at least.
I'm with you on that one, because since a long time ago (Owen and Gerrard era) Liverpool's playing style tends to prioritize teamwork, although there are star players but he still needs support from his entire team. But it cannot be denied when one or more of the first team players are injured, then this will affect the team's performance, both mentally and their teamwork. So it makes sense that Liverpool's bad game is also affected by injury problems.
