1. Ethereum price has increase higher than Polkadot in the last 7 days and even 24 hours (Ethereum price increase in the last 24 hours is 8.33% and Polkadot 1.73%), so it proves that the price of Ethereum is more likely to increase for now.
2. if in the next 7 days the price of Ethereum can reach its ATH price, then of course the price of Ethereum will increase by more than 7.6% from the current price and that would make Ethereum price increase higher than Polkadot price;
