Depends on how much you can wait. In case you can wait for another 1-2 years, then you need to hold on to your coins. On the other hand, if you were looking for short-term investment (such as 3 months or 6 months), then selling at least some coins at current prices ($32,000 per coin) won't be a bad idea. There is no indications that the institutional investment in Bitcoin has come to a halt. They are still going ahead with their plans and pouring their money in to BTC. But the recent statements made by Janet Yellen has made at least some of them cautious.
