D.C. was looking extremely vulnerable after the stunt pulled by Trump's goons. The Secret Service, FBI, CIA and possibly even Pentagon wanted the talking point out there that 25,000 troops were going to be around in case any terrorist organization (internal and external) or enemy state launched an attack on the capitol.
If Trump wasn't such a dumb loser bitch and conceded weeks or months earlier like a man, none of this would have happened. But he is a dumb loser bitch, so he didn't.
