OMG( OMG Network) hasn’t been moving while every other coins have spiked since the September lows. What is happening? I was hoping it would spike due to Defi and OMG being one of the Ethereum scaling solution.
Trading volume 24 hours is 410 million dollars, all of the top exchanges list OMG. Dead? 
You conclude too subjective because the price isn't spike, you may not invest it but shouldn't have such thoughts.
