Thanks went ahead and fixed that. They aren't helping at all, already tried they are saying nothing is wrong.
This is more for other people not BC related to gimme their opinion, seeing as the only words their support know how to say are "backend says its ok"
If they've said that there's nothing wrong and your concern has already been sent to them, there's nothing we can do about it.
But if you want to justify that there is, good luck to you, and if they've responded, the meaning is that they've looked at your account and history. It's up to you if you won't believe them. I don't play there and don't know how satisfying their customer support is.
