90% of the SW projects fail to accomplish the sub-projects in time.
Still the world is full of finished SW projects.
The time schedules are made by the management and investors, not by the designers nor programmers.

It is not clear where such panic and misinformation come from - at the moment the preparation and testing process is proceeding on schedule. I understand that due to unjustified expectations (launch plans were postponed in December and January), but I think that a high-quality and actually working product is better than a project with real problems in a productive version.
