Yes kyc is not an issue, there's a lot of exchanges out there that will not require an individual for kyc not unless you are dealing with high amount of btc maybe that will be the case, and I don't believe that government will control bitcoin or crypto it's been decade since we know cryptocurrency are existing and until now government cannot control that, some countries adapts it, some creates their own but using crypto cannot jail anyone OP.
