Unfortunately wrong marriage is what OP should have including instead of talking as if marriage is entirely bad, wrong marriage can bring so many disaster into one's life, is can close doors to all flourishing blessings, I pray we don't make the wrong choices
Getting a good life partner is always a lucky shot and no one will jump into a disaster willingly 
. You can do all these activities but if you want to stay away from giving out hefty taxes you can move away to countries that are tax free and save a lot of money. I was working in the middle east a decade ago and there were no taxes levied and then back home there were no taxes for Non residence.
