I'm certain their understanding of the subject and the law as how it applies to them is significantly more advanced than yours.

and the case will give an opening for Guiliani to look for and air out any potential dirty laundry of Dominion's employees, and scrutinize Dominion itself.

Giuliani has effectively castrated himself, removing any remaining power or influence he might have had after his sad warcry at Trump's "let's go down to the capitol" speech.
