Did anyone here have their MAID tokens on OpenLedger and have them locked up?

I'm still trying to regain access to them, but OpenLedger seems to have closed shop (temporarily?) and gone away.

On behalf of OpenLedger ApS, I would like to first say how sorry I am for the situation, it is however the way it is and it is my aim to solve this matter soonest possible to the satisfaction of all parties involved.

First we would like to confirm your email and contact details have been received, your account has been checked and OPEN assets amount has been entered into our files for further use in future.

We are able to confirm that the amount listed as OPEN assets is expected to be refunded in full as the respective value on external blockchains. Time for this settlement is expected to take place within the next 6-12 months from the time of handing in the necessary information, any exact time we are not able to disclose at least for the time being.

In order to settle the amount in question we will need you to be ready to pass KYC, more details about this process will be told upon return e-mail confirming the first step in the process.

Very important! make sure to have access to your account with the respective assets and create a wallet backup.

If you have registered initially using account and password or used a bin file with password, go directly to bitshares wallet (https://wallet.bitshares.org/) and test logging into the wallet using your credentials account name and password or bin file and password.

 

2) Send 1 BTS to confirm ownership but also to acknowledge to have read this e-mail!

 

Already now (or after reading this email) send then 1 BTS to BitShares network account ccedkbts from your own BitShares wallet account and write your contact email (preferably the current one) in the memo field. This action will be considered as pre-confirmation of refunding as well as used later as proof of your current access to funds. It is therefore suggested you send the 1 BTS from the account after you have finalized procedure in above point 1)
