Just create a new account and read the rules. Follow the rules don't do any shady business and you will be good,if you do not attend to scam then fresh start should be a good option.
I sincerely doubt that would help. In fact, I'm pretty sure they
already have more than one account. Due to their
unique posting style, they are likely to be recognised pretty quickly, no matter how many new profiles they create.
