This doesn't mean the people who are making these threats are nothing more than 'keyboard warriors' and are otherwise not serious.
The last thing I have to say on the subject is Republicans need to stop giving these exact keyboard warriors so much sway over the actions of their party. It's the same keyboard warriors that planned an attack on the capitol.
If I were them I would cut out the memes and other online bullshit that got them into this situation in the first place. No more sharing every bad take on 4chan as evidence of a conspiracy. Instead, get back to supporting "Republican Values," whatever those may be at this point.
TL;DR: Republicans need to find something to unify over other than memes and easily disprovable conspiracies.
