World economics does not work the way you have analyzed; It is true that governments are trying to re open the economy and ofcourse it has to be opened soon to ease the burden of inflation. Also you need to understand that Banks or governments putting money into etherum or bitcoin would not affect a country or the worlds economic situation in any way.
