This isn't a site issue. You need to wait for new codes and enter them in order to access the site. If that still doesn't work, try logging in using other methods(Mobile, Desktop etc).Or you getting the error during login? If you have enabled 2FA previously then you need to input the authenticator code during login. Otherwise it will show a error message “code is required”.
I didn't notice any login issues either which implies that Azimuth7 doesn't understand how 2FA works completely. He must have enabled it successfully, but probably doesn't know anything else regarding 2FA errors.
