OMG( OMG Network) hasn’t been moving while every other coins have spiked since the September lows. What is happening? I was hoping it would spike due to Defi and OMG being one of the Ethereum scaling solution.

He considered a project dead only based on the steady price, its not a good point for see a project. As long as the project have any update and the coin its actively traded on the market then the project is still alive and have some hopes for the price to rise.
