The campaign manager Yahoo is only accepting those wearing signature an avatar,
It is natural for me that people who did not meet the basic condition are not accepted.

Both @abel1337 and @$crypto$ didn't wear appropriate avatar and signature when applying, they said "will update later" and both of them still get accepted in that campaign. Better to read first, before comment.
