Yeah, those threads stocked at every board are there because they're of utmost importance. And that's the first thing to read for newbies, I guess, before making a post or anything. And they're not hard to find since they're at the top of every section.

Also ranking should not be considered as a problem. It may freeze an account for some time but ranking up is possible and can be done. I know people here who literally started as newbie and now have a high rank. It wasn't easy for them, that's for sure. But it's possible. Just look at it as a challenge and not as a problem.
