They are not accessible again. I did back read some of the post and have read this so I checked it on my own if the site is accessible but it seems not.
The site never goes offline. Try to Input the whole URL.
That's the problem as if there's really a technical problem that's why the payout is stuck, they should shut down their site but they continue to operate it meaning they want to scam more until everyone will realized it's a scam.
