I want to giveaway some bitcoin to remind people that when bears walk free small bulls start to show up.Can somebody guide me about forum best practices on this?

I have done some giveaways in the past... (more like a game with a giveaway) maybe something to try idk... But just do so and go for it if you wanna organise something, who hosts just makes the rules as simple as that.
