The value of XRP will probably be restored but in essence, they have lost great trust from the best investors, the user base in the world using XRP's platform is still widespread because of the convenience of  it.  The problem is that the pump 0.8 increase will be hard to maintain back again.
So my speculation is that XRP will not go above $ 0.4 under the ideal conditions at this time.
