It is important to know what your type of body you have, makes sure you're not low on vitamins or just be strict to your diet so that you're taking the right amount of vitamins or energy that you need.

To quickly lose weight, move a lot and make sure you sweat everyday. If its possible, do a lot of walking instead of taking a bus or a car.
