I don't see any overlap between these accounts. How did you determine that they are alternative accounts? And it's also not entirely clear how both of them can break the rules simply by having alternative accounts that are not linked? What I mean is Chrystora123 and Sirait have cheating in the same campaign which is both of them should already got tagged and can't participate in winz.io campaign (red trust account aren't allowed)
