Why not? ETH's capitalization is still on the move and recovering very quickly after each correction. It proves that ETH is still a hot commodity attracting a lot of attention. ETH has a nice charm to chase at any given stage, It will break 2017's record, please pay attention.
That is just a fact, since you are relatively new you probably do not know what happened back in the day, but in 2017 people went crazy about icos and almost any ico that was made collected millions of dollars in order to begin their development, and if you wanted to buy an ico you needed ETH, many projects accepted nothing but ETH which increased its demand dramatically and back then ETH had almost no competitors so it monopolized the market of icos, and since all of that has changed you cannot really expect that people keep buying ETH at the same rate.
