Just a heads up: You don't need a higher rank to be able to learn here! Heck, you don't necessarily even need an account(unless you want to ask stuff concerning Bitcoin)! Bitcointalk threads are totally public and can be accessed by anyone anywhere without an account. 
Without intending to offend the OP, I think you are saying the right thing. If the OP's goal is to gain knowledge, study, then maybe ranki are not what you are looking for.OP, you will only reach the rank if you can post quality thing and also contribute to the forum. Increase knowledge by reading, know more rule, know how the merit system works. Welcome, I hope you succeed in achieving it.
