Limit your Food desires , and Exercise regularly .

and also ? Dont be a Food lover instead be a Health lover , those are simple advise but trust me i have been doing those for years now and worth trying .

also always Keep how important life is than how important the food is.


Try to watch what you eat, less fat and less salt and less sweets the better. Drink a lot of water, avoid colored drinks. It is also important to be physically active which will help you lose weight faster.
a Keto Diet requires more fats but no sweet at all.
