I have the LetterOfGuarantee, my transaction have alredy 120 confirmations, and no btc to the finnal adress.

I only use https://cryptomixer.io, and i use it a lot, so this is the first time it appen.
I normaly use the Service fee at 1%, but this time i put in the minimum, was that the problem?

I dont want to lose 0.25btc… and your trust...
