I am not a newbie, I am in this forum for over 1 year. Maybe I am not posting but I am reading.
Anyway, still no email and no statement from the bitcoin talk account although being online several times. Me and and other guy posted the link to this accusation in their thread, they have been online since, no reply. Email also no reply. What a joke.
Please read before posting, it has nothing to do with bets that vanished, this is a poker site and I was registered for 2 games.
About the proof of accusation. Please tell me how I can proof that I was registered in the tournaments and I will. They can check it for sure but they are not responding.
Probably they put you on ignore because it seems you are trying to ruin their reputation with your words, oh yeah its just my guess.
I think you should read it clearly, "staked bet amount"!
Second, of course its bad for their reputation because what they do is bad. I asked them 2 times in the thread why don't answer emails, no reply. Other people have the same problems. I also warned them if they ignore me again I have to open this thread, no reply.
No reply to emails as well. All they do is delete any criticism in their thread, that has been going for months now.
Somebody else posted this thread in their thread as well and they have been online, no reaction.
I just want my refund, it has been 4 weeks now. Ignoring your players is not the way to go. I will create a flag as well if after this weekend this hasn't been solved, what else can I do?
