Hi Guys, a few years ago I bought some dogecoin and as you probably know its going up in price. However I have no idea how to trade it even if I wanted to. I have it in a wallet on dogechain, and I was just wondering how would I move my dogecoin from my wallet here to trade it for bitcoin or cash.

Thanks , NadesActually i am surprised why you did not understand that how you exchange your coins as you already stored your token to a wallet. Same as you have to transfter exchanger wallet of that coin. You can see many exchanges in CMC market and you can select any of those exchanges and sell your coins by BTC pair. just it
Dogecoin was introduced as meme coin many years ago and people that are just mining it on faucet or in mining rig. By that time, Exchange for coins is not that famous because the coin itself has no value before and just use on for entertainment purposes. Most probably the OP is still new on exchange as well as transferring fund on it.
