Mass adoption will push it, I can't imagine if all countries widely open to use bitcoin in all form like payment system, sending money tool and even as an investment place. Also you can imagine if that happen there will be many people who will buy bitcoin and having it then using it in all daily life.  A few days ago Elon Musk only wrote bitcoin on his twitter account and we don't have a long time to see a short term pumped in bitcoin price. That will happen as well if all president make a statement or wrote bitcoin on his social media we will see a huge pump as well.
