After weeks of waiting and unanswered emails I finally got refunded today.

I am glad for you that this got resolved, but is still totally unacceptable and unprofessional for SWC. This should be a standard return of funds in this situation. Waiting weeks with no response is not the way to handle it. Did they actually respond to you? Wonder how many other players were in this situation but did not keep in them and lost out.

Yes they sent me an email apologising for the delay, giving me 2 tickets worth my buy-ins and even a little extra chips.
