THIS GUY IS SCAMMER

What happened::

I was looking to buy netellers accounts to be able to open Bet365 accounts linked to Neteller.
This guy offered to sell me Neteller accounts at 70 euros per account.
He offered to pay half up front, i.e. 35 euros and pay him the remaining 35 euros once I sold the Bet365 account with the Neteller linked to a client.
So I sent him 35 euros by Neteller and he sent me nothing in return and has since ignored me on the Telegram chat.
This guy just says 35 euros is nothing to him but still keeps the money to himself.
