If you live in the European Union, this prepaid card may interest you.
I think the cost for the prepaid card is 31% a lower commission than the one you found.

It is interesting that you have opened this thread because it is useful to know the alternatives that exist when requesting prepaid cryptocurrency cards.
Bitpay looks like a good card for its low fees.

The Best Bitcoin Debit Cards To Use In 2021

Bitnovo is the only good option in this entire thread, everything else needs verification, (lets assume you enter some fake name just to receive the card to some random address instead of yours) but how did you calculate that it is cheaper 31% . For example, you need to pay €25 for the card itself, then you need to top it up and they take 5% commission on the topup. So if you lets say, want to spend 50€ it will cost you 77.5€ . It will be cheaper on the next topup, because you don't need to buy the card next time but for the first use, it is more expensive than the one I have found.
