why do some users only get 5 satoshi these days and other users 6 satoshi ?

Simple math will tell you that; if the lowest base reward is 0.002$.....
For 50k$/BTC:
50.000USD----1BTC
0.002USD ----X BTC
So X= 0.002*1/50000=0.00000004BTC (4 satoshi)
For 1 satoshi/base roll:
X USD ---- 1BTC
0.002USD -- 0.00000001 BTC
So X= 0.002*1/0.00000001= 200.000$/BTC (so you were right)
