Ask yourself if the current situation is manageable. Controllable pressure sources, that is, those pressures that can be relieved immediately after action is taken. if you attempt to deal with these sources that cannot be controlled by you, it will only increase the pressure. If something is beyond your control, you have to learn to let go and put your energy into those things that are controllable. Once you know what you can control, you can try to eliminate the pressure.
