Actually I just bought the account of Betfair & Neteller on the internet as my country is banned. And I will use VPN for login always, it is also no issue till now. For the money transference, as before, I would transfer money to another Neteller for deposit money and withdrawal to Betfair with my own credit card and with my own Neteller. However, after 2020 Dec, Neteller doesn't allow any payment from credit card, which is from banned country, even already transfer to other's acc Neteller to deposit. So It makes me so upset and disappointed. So I don't figure out any idea....
