Yes it is, but we don't exactly which one would be the next one to shine. But what happen what none of such thing happens, where the market is getting stale and there is no prominent movements on every altcoins you could find? That's how the research and analyst comes first.2. I tried mining eth back in 2018, invested alot of money. 7 GPUs 200 M Hashrate. But effort time was alot more. I am living in a country with expensive electricity. I cant just collect coins and pay electricity bill from my pocket 
That was such a pain when you could mine any coin.4. There are 100s of coins with ico every year , majority of them are scam. Dont know the way to identify the right ones with wrong ones. If you know then you can tell this information or if something secret please do not hesitate to message me
