Yes, this will be possible in the future as I undestand when contacted them.  Right now, however, Spectre do offer 'Reverse Futures', which is trading digital contracts on past global equities. The data feeds are audited and based on historical price data, representing intraday market movements (i.e. volatility) of various stocks.
