Not an exhange but I can suggest you to use Decentralized Exchanges. For example, you can give small amount of transaction fees on Binance Smart Chain Decentralized Exchanges. So you can have you Metamask and your own wallet and after trading you can hold them in your wallet. So it can be safer.
