I have a problem,  that I bought previiously xrp and polkadot on crypto.com app, amd sent it to my Atomic Wallet. When I wanted to sell my coins back to crypto.com and from crypto.com to my bank account, I was attentioned that 1 DOT and 20 XRP must leave in my walllet.

This is how XRP works. You can't really withdraw the last 20 XRP - it's how they have the close in their smart contract. As for DOT this is new t me as I never tried to withdraw my DOT...

In any case, the best bet if you wanted to at least get your initial amount out is to wait it out, until DOT pumps enough to cover for this.
